Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson Break Up

Just recently we were hearing about Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson's possible engagement, and now it looks like the couple have headed towards splitsville!

A friend of Owen's had this to say:

"It was a pretty bad breakup. Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn't want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him."

Oh my goodness! Kate is coming off like a total heartbreaker!

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson To Get Hitched

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are reportedly planning to get married, according to the Daily Mail.

After reuniting after a split for a little over seven months, the Hollywood couple is said to be planning a wedding next year.

Kate has been spotted wearing a big rock after Owen allegedly proposed to her in Miami.

While it's nice to see these two back together, she should look to her mother Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell as inspiration. They've been together forever and didn't need to get hitched. Apparently, Kate is "ecstatic" about the idea of getting hitched to Owen.

If the rumors are true, I guess congrats are in order so congrats to the happy couple.

Owen Wilson's History of Depression

UPDATE: The Insider's sources revealed that Owen Wilson has had a history of depression, having spent time in rehab almost seven years ago at Hazelden treatment facility in Minnesota. As mentioned earlier, Owen Wilson allegedly attempted suicide by slicing his left wrist and taking an unknown amount of pills. Owen's two brothers and parents have been reportedly with him at the hospital.

In a released statement, Owen requested privacy:

"I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."

Samuel L. Jackson didn't seem to appreciate the media's attention when he went to go visit his friend, Owen. He was saying to the media:

"Get the f**k away from me!"

Our thoughts and best wishes are with Owen and we hope he makes a full recovery soon.

Was Owen Wilson Hurt Badly?

UPDATE: According to the National Enquirer and Star magazine, Owen Wilson allegedly attempted suicide by slicing his left wrist and taking an unknown amount of pills. A family member was said to have discovered him and called 911 for help from Owen's house around noon today. The National Enquirer reported:

"His wrist was sutured and bandaged at the hospital."

Owen was reportedly brought in to St. John’s hospital in very serious condition and members of Owen's family were with him.

Stay tuned for more information as it's released. I still don't know what to make of the rumors of a suicide attempt though.

According to TMZ, Owen Wilson was taken to the hospital Sunday in L.A. Santa Monica Police issued the following statement to TMZ:

"On Sunday Aug. 26. 2007 at 12:10 pm officers from the Santa Monica Police Department responded to a medical assistance call from the Santa Monica Fire Department at the 900 block of 23rd street. The person was transported to a local hospital where they are being treated."

TMZ also reported that the 911 call came in at 11:59 a.m. to the LA Fire Department. No further information has been released.

I sure hope Owen's okay, but it's unclear whether or not he was injured or if it may have been someone he was with! Stay tuned.

It's so sad, but it's reality. Both Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson continue moving on separately.

Kate Hudson was seen leaving her hotel with 60-year-old supermarket billionaire Ron Burkle (the one in the black shirt next to Kate) on Friday in Paris. I guess they're friends? While Owen Wilson has already been spotted with a brunette in Italy, even though he was seen out with two blondes last weekend. Owen must be a stud!
