Kimora Lee Simmons Gets $480,000 in Child Support

Kimora Lee Simmons is reportedly set to receive $480,000 per year for child support from ex-husband Russell Simmons.

According to TMZ, the court documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 which indicate that the hip-hop mogul is required to pay $40,000 a month for his kiddies, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee.

Russell was granted visitation rights and Kimora will maintain sole custody for the kids. Unfortunately for Russell, Kimora hit the jackpot. She's able to keep their Saddle River home in New Jersey which he's required to maintain at $18,000 per month until Kimora sells it. He's also responsible for paying for a car for her every two years (no less than $60k).

Wow - that's a lot of cash! It sounds like she had a good lawyer.

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou are Kind of Getting Hitched

Kimora Lee Simmons has reportedly hinted that she's getting hitched to her boyfriend Djimon Hounsou, after revealing they are "kind of" engaged. Her ex-hubby, music mogal Russell Simmons filed for divorce in March 2008 and now Kimora seems eager to move on.

According to People.com, when asked if she was engaged, she said:

"Kind of."

Then she wouldn't confirm if Djimon had given her a ring and said:

"Well, kind of...Not quite."

That's romantic isn't it? It sounds like she's not sure or probably just doesn't want to share this information with the entire world!

Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons Fight Over Kids

It's really sad when divorces get ugly and it looks like things are getting nasty between Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons. Kimora Lee reportedly filed for sole custody of their daughters and the Def Jam Records co-founder has just submitted a challenge to the divorce petition. He's seeking joint physical and legal custody which seems like a natural thing he'd want.

When Kimora Lee filed for custody, she at least requested that Simmons get "reasonable child visitation" to his kids. How nice.

However, both of them are asking the court to deny spousal support for the other. Ouch.

It's too bad - they seemed like they were getting along so well when they first split which would've been an ideal situation for their kids.

Kimora Lee Simmons went nude with the exception of wearing a pair of angel wings and holding her dog Zoe to urge people to "be an angel for dogs" in a new campaign ad for PETA. She looks amazing eh?

According to a new U.S. TV poll, Djimon Hounsou is being called "The Most Beautiful Black Man Alive." The Blood Diamond star beat out Denzel Washington and Will Smith in the new Tv One Access hotlist. Kimora Lee Simmons is probably thrilled her man is getting recognized for his good looks and is the envy of many.

Earlier this year, Djimon revealed his beautiful buff body in photos for a Calvin Klein campaign and he definitely looked hot. I'm still surprised that he beat out Will Smith though.

Is Kimora Lee Simmons Getting Catty About Her Ex?

According to the NY Post Page Six, Kimora Lee Simmons is being catty with her ex-husband's new girlfriend. Although Kimora seems to be pretty happy with Djimon Hounsou and even rumored to want him to father a child for her, Kimora was overheard telling a friend she was "ready to get on with life" after splitting up with Russell Simmons.

The exes have appeared to be chummy as they were seen at the pumpkin patch in October with their kids and Djimon as well as Kimora even throwing Russell a birthday party last month and inviting Russell's girlfriend, Porschla Coleman. However, the source claims Kimora said she invited Coleman that night to meet the "major players" because she "wants this stupid b*tch to get a clue."

Sounds like someone is still a diva!

Kimorora's rep insists:

"The exes are all very civil, there's no negativity."

It's not too difficult to believe she was overheard being catty though.

Kimora Lee Simmons is reportedly being sued by Macy's for overcharging them for her beauty products. Macy's claims Kimora raised the price and then refused to pay back the extra profit.

Uh-oh, will her ex-hubby Russell Simmons have to bail her out? That profit was probably spent already.

Kimora Lee Simmons Wants to have Djimon's Baby?

Apparently, things are still going strong for Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou. Kimora is reportedly trying to get impregnated by Djimon now.

Kimora and the chiseled underwear model spent some quality time away from her two kids with Simmons, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, last weekend at the opening of the Sandals resort in Antigua. Sources there said Kimora “instructed hotel staff not to talk to her directly and only to address her through her assistants.” A rep for Kimora declined to comment on her uterus but said she was very sweet to hotel staffers.
