Heather Locklear Checks Into Psychological Treatment Facility

It has been reported that Heather Locklear checked into an Arizona facility, seeking treatment for psychological issues. A rep for Locklear issued the following statement:

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released"

Heather Locklear must be having fun in the sun working with hottie Robert Buckley while filming a Lifetime movie, Flirting with 40.

Locklear and the actor from Lipstick Jungle were on location on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu on May 1, 2008.

Richie Sambora May Face Jail Time for DUI

Richie Sambora could be facing jail time if the police get their way. Sambora may get charged with misdemeanor DUI and child endangerment according to Contact Music. Apparently, prosecutors want to get tough with the Bon Jovi guitarist for driving under the influence while his daughter (as seen in the above photo during happier times) and her cousin were in the car last month.

Sambora's arraignment is set May 7, 2008.

It sucks to be him eh? He should never have been so irresponsible to drink and drive even if his daughter and her cousin weren't in the car. It just makes it so much worse that he risked their lives though. Heather Locklear must've wanted to kill him for endangering their daughter.

Denise Richards Desperate for Attention?

For some reason, Denise Richards is still trying to defend herself over what happened with Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora. She insists she and Heather were NOT friends at the time when she began making the moves on Richie Samboara. Denise doesn't regret her year-long hook-up with the Bon Jovi guitarist because she says she had already ended her friendship with Locklear. She said:

"Honestly I knew that situation wasn't going to go over very well and it was going to be in the press. I had no idea it would blow up the way it did. The truth of the matter is my friendship with Heather ended before Richie and I even started dating. That's one thing I don't know if people knew or not. I never had an affair. I never cheated on Charlie and Richie never cheated on Heather. If I was still friends with Heather, I would have never crossed that line with Richie at all."

Blah, blah, blah. Who cares anymore? The only reason she's probably bringing this up again is because she needs to drum up some attention for her upcoming reality show. Denise, no one is interested in hearing about how you "didn't" steal your best friend's man.

It's so nice to see Heather Locklear happy after her divorce to Richie Sambora. She looks like a great match with Jack Wagner, her former Melrose Place costar. They were spotted cuddling in a golf cart and holding hands at the Celebrity Classic golf tournament benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on April 24. Well, she definitely looks better with him than David Spade though eh?

Heather Locklear's divorce with Richie Sambora has now been finalized. A source told People:

"This has been an unbelievably difficult year for Heather. It's a huge relief for her that this part of her life has come to a close."

As mentioned here, Heather has been rumored to be dating Jack Wagner, her former Melrose Place co-star. And her ex is apparently still dating ex-friend Denise Richards. It's too bad that things turned out the way they did because I really thought Heather & Richie made such a nice couple. Oh well, I hope things are going well with Jack Wagner...I think he's cuter than Richie anyway.
