Colin Leahy, American Idol Reject Arrested for Propositioning a Child

A former contestant, Colin Leahy, on American Idol who considered himself similar to Clay Aiken has been arrested for two counts of child endangerment, the DA told TMZ.

The 23-year-old was caught sending sex-laced text messages to a 12-year-old boy and propositioning a ten-year old while volunteering at a Brooklyn elementary school.

EW, how creepy! The pedophile needs to be kept away from children at all costs! I guess it would cost too much to do psychological evaluations on every school volunteer, but it's pretty scary that almost anyone can have access to young kids.

Amy Winehouse Arrested...Again!

Amy Winehouse was questioned by the East London police today on suspicion of drug offenses. Amy Winehouse? Drug offenses? No!

She was later arrested, and Scotland Yard said it pertained to a video they received of Winehouse, probably doing more drugs. Let's not forget her infamous crack-smoking video. I've been waiting for the sequel!

Scotland Yard released this statement:

"Around 1pm today a 24-year-old woman from the Camden area attended a London police station by arrangement and was arrested in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug. She remains in custody."

Poor Amy, she's going to die soon if she doesn't get help! But maybe when she heard that hubby Blake was after all her money, she decided to smoke it away!

Dennis Rodman Arrested for Domestic Violence

Dennis Rodman has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman at a hotel in the Century City area of Los Angeles. Police reported that the former NBA star was arrested on Wednesday night after answering to a domestic dispute. Officer Sara Fayden said Rodman was said to have hit a woman who suffered "injuries to her arm." It's unclear whether or not the injury was of a serious nature.

Darren Prince, Rodman's manager explained to TMZ that Rodman and his girlfriend had too much to drink, argued, and Rodman grabbed her arm which resulted in a bruise.

Prince also claimed that Rodman's drinking has escalated because of a nasty divorce but he plans to enter rehab.

Although Rodman was jailed for investigation of felony domestic violence, he was later freed on $50,000 bail early Thursday.

Dennis Rodman's life is never dull.

TMZ is reporting that Amy Winehouse has just been arrested. She is accused of headbutting a guy outside a bar in London. The maximum sentence for this is six months in prison.

Charlton Heston's Business Manager Charged with Embezzlement

Charlton Heston's business manager has reportedly been charged with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from him as well as from the TV producer Stephen J. Cannell. On Monday, Sharon Walker was arrested in California and charged with two counts of embezzlement, three counts of forgery and five counts of filing false tax returns. Allegedly, Walker ripped off Heston for $157,000 and over $567,000 from Cannell (creator of The A-Team, The Greatest American Hero, The Rockford Files, Wiseguy, 21 Jump Street, Silk Stalkings and The Commish).

A statement was released by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office which accused Walker of forging signatures to pay off her credit card debt. Walker faces up to 11 years in prison if convicted of all charges.

Wow, prison isn't the worst part for Walker. She's going to have Moses haunting her now and that's pretty scary! Yikes!

Vanilla Ice is the latest celebrity to be arrested. But this time it is not for DUI but for domestic battery.

His wife called the police after he allegedly pushed her. He was arrested last night and he's still being held in jail.

Physically abusing your wife? That is so unacceptable!

Rikki Rockett of Poison Arrested on Rape Warrant

Rikki Rockett, the drummer of Poison (a famous hair band of the 80s), was reportedly arrested on Monday on a rape warrant out of Mississippi when his flight from New Zealand landed at LAX. The 46-year-old was arrested by the Airport Division of the L.A.P.D. at the airport as he was going through customs.

Bret Michaels and Rockett started up the heavy metal hair band Poison while in high school together. Rockett was said to have went to New Zealand to perform with other original members of the band for a heavy metal show.

According to the L.A. Daily News, Rockett whose real name is Richard Ream was taken to the L.A. County Jail where he was booked on a felony fugitive sexual assault warrant out of Neshoba County, Mississippi. It's not clear where Rockett is currently at right now.

Details about the warrant and specific charges have not yet been made available.

Richie Sambora Arrested For DUI

TMZ is reporting that Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI in Laguna Beach, California last night.

Back in 2007 Sambora was in rehab twice. The second time was at Cirque Lodge in Utah, at the same time as Lindsay Lohan.

The sexy Bon Jovi guitarist doesn't look that sexy in his mugshot picture. I think that if I saw him in a bar looking like that I might have not recognized him.

UPDATE: Us magazine is reporting that Richie Sambora's 10-year old daughter, Ava, was in the car at the time of the arrest! Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz said:

"There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles,"

You should never drive like crazy and definitely not when you have kids in the car! Sambora is expected in court on May 7.

Jackass Star Steve-O Arrested

Jackass star Steve-O was reportedly arrested in L.A. after one of his neighbors called the police for trashing his apartment complex. TMZ's source said that he was breaking holes in the walls of his L.A. apartment when one of his neighbors called the cops and allegedly made a citizen's arrest, holding Steve-O until the police arrived and took him into custody.

TMZ reported that Steve-O is at the Hollywood police station waiting to be booked on charges of vandalism.

I wonder if he was filming another Jackass movie while he was trashing the place. While I've never been able to sit through one of those movies, it would've been amusing to watch his neighbor making a citizen's arrest and holding him down until cops arrived though.

Aaron Carter Arrested for Possession of Marijuana

Aaron Carter, Nick Carter's younger brother was reportedly arrested yesterday in Kimble County Texas with possession of at least two ounces of pot! According to TMZ, Aaron was pulled over for speeding, however, authorities decided to search his car and found his stash. Aaron is currently in jail until a judge is present for his arraignment. Bai Ling was busted on the 13th at LAX Airport police for shoplifting! She was allegedly caught stealing two magazines and a pack of batteries from a gift shop according to TMZ.

Barron Hilton Does Not Get Bailed Out By Parents

The Hiltons are reportedly trying to teach Barron Hilton a lesson and won't bail him out. Are they finally learning to use tough love or do they love him less than Paris? I have to hand it to them for wanting to leave him in jail overnight though.

Apparently, Byron's pals showed up to bail him out, but they only came with $2,000 cash which they thought would suffice, however, 10% was not enough to get him out and thankfully, the Sheriff isn't cutting any deals.

UPDATE: TMZ reported that Barron Hilton made bail. Apparently his pals had to call in a bail bondsman, but he's out. Damn, I'm disappointed now.

Barron Hilton, Younger Brother to Paris Hilton Charged with DUI

Barron Hilton, younger brother to Paris and Nicky, was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). The Sheriff's Department informed TMZ that Barron Hilton's blood alcohol level was nearly twice over the legal limit for adults. He's not only being charged for a misdemeanor DUI but apparently, the guy was carrying a false driver's license.

Drivers over 21 are considered legally drunk if their blood alcohol level registers at .08, however, for drivers under 21, any level is considered legally drunk. TMZ also reported that he's still in custody and that his bail is set at $20,000. They should've set the bail much higher and made it more difficult for him to get out.

People should be taking drinking and driving much more seriously these days. However, it's not too surprising he's in trouble. Look at who he's had to look up to as a role model. I know it's no laughing matter, but his mug shot is hilarious. TMZ called it "Barron's First Photo Shoot"! OMG, that is just too funny.

Heidi Fleiss Arrested for DUI

Heidi Fleiss was arrested in Nevada. Apparently, police were notified of a possible drunk driver on the road and when they pulled the car, Heidi was found with prescription narcotics but couldn't show having a valid prescription for them. Her passenger, John Owen was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.

The famous former Hollywood Madam was charged with driving without a license, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Some people will always be in trouble with the law won't they?

Katie Rees Arrested for Assaulting a Police Officer

Former Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees was reportedly arrested this morning in Las Vegas for allegedly assaulting a police officer. Apparently Katie was pulled over just before 3am for a traffic violation, however, according to Las Vegas Police "she became physically aggressive towards the officer" when the officer tried to arrest her.

Katie had been stripped of her crown after erotic photos of her surfaced. Since then, I guess it has been downhill for the former beauty queen. Perhaps she should have a sex tape released over the internet next - it seems like the natural thing to do these days for people in her situation.

O.J Simpson Back In Jail!

O.J Simpson's bail has been revoked and he is back in jail. Simpson flew from Miami to Las Vegas where he was booked again on charges that he violated his bail. He will appear before a judge next week. Word is that his bail was revoked by a phone message!

Rebecca De Mornay Charged with DUI

Rebecca De Mornay, the actress who may be best known for as the hottie from Risky Business in one of the earlier movies that made Tom Cruise famous, was charged earlier this week for a DUI, which was stemming from her October 30 arrest. Apparently, police officers told TMZ that they "immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverages." Her blood alcohol level was .09 when she was arrested.

So many celebs seem to have a problem with DUIs this year eh? It doesn't pay to drink and drive! Take a cab!

Mischa Barton Mug Shot

As reported earlier, Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license.

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriffs Department:

"she was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

Not only she was drinking and driving, she was not supposed to be driving to begin with as her license was suspended. I just don't get it why she didn't get someone to drive her. She can definitely afford it. It is like she was asking to go to jail.

Mischa Barton Arrested For DUI

Mischa Barton was arrested earlier this morning. She was not arrested for her fashion crimes as seen here and here but for DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license.

She is still in custody and is being held on $10,000 bail.

When will they learn not to drive on a suspended license?

Add DUI to a suspend license and I can predict some jail time!
