Anne Heche is Broke as a Joke

Anne Heche recently appeared in court recently claiming that she didn't have enough money to support her ex-husband and pay child support.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended Heche's obligation to pay child support for July. Heche has been forking over $14,798 in monthly support. In her declaration, Heche noted that her TV show, "Men In Trees," had gotten the ax. She says since January, "I have been unemployed and had no income....except for one very short term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,000." Heche says she has a grand total of $34,840.93 in her accounts. She claims she can't continue paying for Homer's private school tuition, her Canadian mortgage, L.A. rent, auto and other expenses. She says she's $364,000 in the hole.

Anne can now join the rest of America, who are thousands of dollars in debt! Doesn't she talk to ghosts or aliens or something? Maybe they can float her a loan!

"Jodie's break up with Cydney is shocking. She and Cydney have been together for so many years and have two children together - the potential fallout and legal wrangling from this could be monumental."

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal Getting Hitched

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are reportedly close to getting engaged, according to OK! magazine.

Pals of the couple believe it won't be long before Jake proposes to Reese as they're deeply in love already. A source close to Reese dished to OK!:

"They've been talking marriage for a while. They'll be formally engaged any day now. They want to spend the rest of their lives together. This is a very serious relationship. But Reese is very conservative and traditional. I'm sure she doesn't want her kids to see her 'living in sin.'"

Aw, I guess we won't get to see Reese getting knocked up anytime soon like other Hollywood couples since she's so conservative.

While Reese's rep had no comment, Jake's rep insists there are no immediate plans for a wedding.

They do seem happy together so I wouldn't be too surprised if they get engaged sooner than later.

Michael Rapaport Joins Cast of 'Prison Break'

Michael Rapaport is set to join Wentworth Miller and the cast of Prison Break next season.

Michael Rapaport will play a government agent who has an interesting offer for Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and his brother (Dominic Purcell), according to the Hollywood Reporter. Rapaport had been a regular on Boston Public and more recently a recurring character in NBC’s My Name Is Earl.

I loved Rapaport on Beautiful Girls, The War at Home (whatever happened to that show?), and My Name is Earl, so I'm sure he'll be a great addition to the show!

William Shatner Dishes About Star Trek Sex Fantasies

William Shatner revealed that women who slept with him sometimes hoped for an out-of-this-world experience and would fantasize being beamed up to ecstasy by the commander of the Starship Enterprise. The Star Trek star told the New York Post Page Six that women would end up saying to him:

Arnold Schwarzenegger has reportedly made it to the top of the list of governors who strippers would most like to date.

Not surprisingly, the former Hollywood actor beat out the Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush and Michigan's Jennifer Granholm on the Playboy Radio poll. Former Governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer, ended up at the bottom of the list.

Uma Thurman is Suing Lancome

Uma Thurman and Lancome used to be on good terms with each other. Not the case anymore, as Uma is suing Lancome for using her photograph well after her contract expired.

While Uma is asking for $1 million for unauthorized use of her image, Lancome insists they never “knowingly or intentionally” used images of her without her consent.

Uma's attorney had this to say:

“Look at the huge free benefit Lancôme gets from using her. The French want to accept that benefit without paying for it. Obviously, the French have decided they won’t even try to resolve this amicably. So they have filed this sneak attack.”

Catty! Sounds like this could get ugly!

Isaiah Washington Enraged Over Grey's Use of His Picture

Isaiah Washington is reportedly pissed that Grey's Anatomy used him in their latest episode after being fired last year. The controversial Hollywood actor didn't get a renewed contract after he was exposed for use of homophobic slurs towards co-star T.R. Knight.

He was shocked when he saw his face featured in a promotion aired on the network which showed his picture as Dr. Preston Burke in a newspaper article for which the doctor had received a prestigious medical award.

Washington's rep told TMZ:

"Isaiah has no plans to go back to Grey's Anatomy ... That being said, we were more than a little surprised that ABC used his likeness in a promo for the show, and indeed advanced his character's storyline. Mr. Washington's attorney has contacted the Screen Actors Guild and ABC as to the appropriateness of that action."

I was shocked to see his photo being used as well, but it was a good storyline. I'm sure he's wanting some cash for use of the picture though.

Back in the day, Roseanne Barr hit on George Clooney, before he became an international sex symbol.

Denise Richards is Just Misunderstood

Poor Denise Richards! She can never do anything that pleases anyone. She claims she's caught in a "no-win situation" over her decision to include her children in her upcoming reality show, insisting she has to involve them to prove she is a good mother.

She was SO unfairly criticized by her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and his fiancee Brooke Mueller for pimping the kiddies out and having them take part in her show.

Denise told Redbook:

"If I have my kids on my show, I'm exploiting them. If I don't, people will think I'm not a hands-on mum. That's why it's very important to me that the girls are part of it."

She also says she doesn't tolerate anyone talking badly about her ex-hubby in front of the kids and as mentioned before, she once fired a nanny because of it.

Denise is just misunderstood, but she'll try to prove herself on her TV show that's being produced by American Idol host Ryan Seacrest which is set to debut on May 26, 2008.

Katherine Heigl is reportedly contemplating a move from Grey's Anatomy. Apparently, she's getting tired of it. A source told UsWeekly (via MSNBC):

"She's working really long hours and is ready to move on."

So although she's currently locked in a contract, she's allegedly trying to find a way out. I guess she wants to move onto her big movie career.

Uh-oh, you know how that worked out so well with Jennifer Aniston.

I actually like her as Izzie and I don't really see her as a big movie star so she better think long and hard about this one.
