American Idol Contestant Paris Bennett’s Pregnant

According to People.com (via Contact Music), she’ll have her baby shower in August and will be welcoming her baby later this year.
Jamecia Bennett, her mother, told Minneapolis Star Tribune that the baby daddy “chooses not to be in the public eye” but confirms that her daughter plans to marry him and “has a ring.” Well, that’s all that matters now, isn’t it? Nevermind she’s still a teenager.
The last I remember hearing anything about Paris was when she was on the radio talking about how she was voting for Sanjaya on American Idol in hopes to take the hit TV show down. Aw, let’s hope she has grown a little since then now that she’s about to be a mother.
