Kimora Lee Simmons Gets $480,000 in Child Support
Kimora Lee Simmons is reportedly set to receive $480,000 per year for child support from ex-husband Russell Simmons.
According to TMZ, the court documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 which indicate that the hip-hop mogul is required to pay $40,000 a month for his kiddies, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee.
Russell was granted visitation rights and Kimora will maintain sole custody for the kids. Unfortunately for Russell, Kimora hit the jackpot. She’s able to keep their Saddle River home in New Jersey which he’s required to maintain at $18,000 per month until Kimora sells it. He’s also responsible for paying for a car for her every two years (no less than $60k).
Wow - that’s a lot of cash! It sounds like she had a good lawyer.
