Maybe Kid Rock Isn’t Such a Jerk

While Kid Rock was in Orlando, Florida, he read reports that a trailer and camping equipment to the Oviedo Boy Scout Troop 631 was stolen from behind a church and decided to help them out by writing out a check.
His publicist Nick Stern said:
“Rock was very happy to help out”.
Bill Stott, the troop leader claims that Kid Rock’s generosity along with the donations from the locals will be enough to replace the equipment. He said that any leftover cash will be donated:
“A Scout earns his way. The community is giving to us, so we want to give back to the community.”
Wow, that was nice of Kid Rock! It’s nice to get surprises like these about celebrities. I guess he’s not such a jerk.
