Justin Timberlake Laughs at the Cops

Justin Timerlake was spotted having a run-in with the police yesterday in NYC, however, he laughed it off. Apparently his driver was busted for parking illegally outside MTV. What a terrible laugh - he sounds like he's 12 years old.
