Michael Johns Eliminated from American Idol!
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comUnbelievably, Michael Johns was reportedly given the boot from American Idol 7 last night. I didn’t actually watch the elimination night last night as I arrived home too late. According to the LA Times:
When he was revealed to be in the bottom three, Randy said it was a “pretty surprising bottom three,” and Paula said that America got it “partly right, partly wrong.” We knew what they meant. Then, Ryan Seacrest added insult to injury by announcing that both Carly and Syesha were safe.
The audience gasped in horror, and Carly’s jaw dropped about a foot.
Michael Johns was shocked too:
“I’m definitely surprised. If there’s a song to go out on, that’s not a bad one.”
What a big f**king joke that show is when Kristy Lee Cook is still in and Michael Johns is out?!! America definitely got it wrong.

I agree 100%!! Now, who am I going to lust after while my boyfriend whines at how much he hates him?
He never should have been in the competition to begin with. It’s AMERICAN Idol, not Immigrant Idol. Now get rid of the woman from Ireland and it will be American Idol. But then almost all the contestants this year are ringers even though David Cook is the only one who is impressive.
This whole year has been a joke. I quit watching a few weeks ago and just let you update me. (sigh)
