Jennifer Lopez Insists She Actually Has Sex with Marc Anthony

Jennifer Lopez is insisting that she and hubby Marc Anthony actually have sex and conceived their twins naturally despite rumors that they turned to in vitro fertilization (IVF) to help her get pregnant. JLo gave birth to Max and Emme in Long Island on February 22, 2008.

She told People magazine:
"It was natural. We didn't do in vitro, which I know was reported. Everybody assumed that because we had twins. I wanted to have a baby, but I've always said exactly what I said all those years they (reporters) asked us since we've been married: 'Well, when are you guys gonna have some kids?' 'When it happens naturally, I guess!' And that's when it happened. It was a surprise to us."

She admitted she was starting to worry:
"You start getting older, you think to yourself, 'Maybe (having kids) is just not meant for me.' I knew there was nothing wrong with me. I knew that I could. Deep down, I really wanted it badly... (But) after one year, two years, three years... You know, you start thinking to yourself, 'Well, maybe...'"

Aw, isn't that SO heartwarming? Now we can all be rest assured that their marriage was consummated. Okay, I know...EW!

She is lying. She doesn't want backlash after the Pope's dumb comments, and she can't bear seeming imperfect. In vitro aids naturally fertilized embryos, there is nothing wrong with medical invertention.

It is pathetic for her to lie like that. It is an insult to the medical community and to women desperate to have babies. She has no shame in her grandiose conceit.

She is doing this to protect the 'manhood' of her husband. Again, there is no shame in getting fertility help if a couple needs it. It is a miracle and a blessing. I don't buy her story at all, but I think less of her for it. Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.

She is definitely lying. Not only was she probably having problems conceiving, they probably (hopefully) used donor sperm so that the children wouldn't be half-Skeletor. I wish celebs would quit the pretense because there are so many women struggling with infertility and they could be an example of the process' success. When you have fraternal twins of different genders (J.Lo, Julia Roberts) in your late 30s, the presumption is that you had fertility treatment and there is no shame in that. If not, produce some twin relatives as evidence that "twins run in [your] family" please...

I don't mind the two of them. I think they really love each other, which is rare with celebrity couples these days. He is very creepy looking to me, but he loves his wife and looks after her, so hats off to the both of them. Together they make a cute couple.

Who knows. As a mother of twins I did a lot of research about them (twins) after mine were conceived.

The older the mother, the more likely the chances of twins. Who cares how they were conceived anyway?
