Trista Hot in a Bikini Months After Baby

Trista Sutter has shed all of her pregnancy weight in five months after having a baby by dieting and exercise. In the new Us Weekly, Trista said:
“I’m happy with my body. I’m confident and proud of the work I’ve done.”
Trista wanted to start working on dropping the pregnancy weight after giving birth via C-section in July. Trista described how she did it:
“Every night before I go to bed, I do abs, pushups, and tricep presses. I feel better when I wake up if I’ve done something to set my muscles and make them feel active.”
She had a 2,000 calorie diet per day and workouts with a trainer four times per week and claims this has also helped her marriage to Ryan. She said:
“I feel a lot more fit and healthy. And I think that’s playing a part in our relationship.”
Ryan chimed in:
“I’m just happy to see her happy with herself… and her butt looks great!”
Trista also announced:
“We’ve started trying!. I’d love to have babies close in age. And it took us so long the first time that if it takes us two years, then that will be fine.”
Well, good for them because she looks amazing. However, it’s kind of sad that women like her feel so pressured to take the baby weight off so quickly after giving birth though when they should feel allowed to just focus on the enjoyment of being a mother.
