Amy Winehouse and Husband Divorce Not Possible

Even if Blake Fielder-Civil would like to get divorced from Amy Winehouse right now, he will have to wait. Apparently divorces aren't possible under British law unless a couple has been married at least a year. Even though Blake and Amy got hitched in Florida, they are still reportedly bound by the marriage laws of Britain. Alison Green, an expert in the area of marriage law in London told People:

"Under English law no divorce proceedings could be commenced until a year has passed since the date of the marriage."

A friend of the crazy couple insists that it was all talk on the part of Blake:

"I'm sure he did (say that) - but that doesn't mean he's going to do it. That's the way they row. It's very intense."

It's probably true that their fights are just really bad. Remember when they got into a bloody feud and were running in the streets? Maybe they'll stay together and just keep on beating each other up when they're mad.
