Diddy’s Going to Be Charged with Assault
Diddy aka Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul, will be charged over an alleged assault in a New York nightclub. Allegedly, he hit Steven Acevedo twice in the face at the Big Apple’s Kiosk venue following an argument over one of the rapper’s girlfriends (a blonde who went with him to Cannes over the summer) according to Splash News Online. Diddy is expected to turn himself into New York police for allegedly punching Acevedo and threatening him by saying:
“I’ll kill you, punk!”
Apparently police re-interviewed several suspects and may bring weapons charges against one of Diddy’s bodyguards. However, Diddy will be charged with a misdemeanor, third degree assault and given a desk appearance ticket, but will not face any jail time.
Diddy always seems to escape serving any jail time eh? How many times has he faced this kind of thing already?
