Hilary Duff Doesn’t Wear Panties?


Hilary Duff can join the list of young celebrities like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears who wear no panties. She was photographed wearing this slutty outfit without undies in Vegas over the weekend. Hilary seems to love this outfit, she wore it twice recently: here and here.
