Hilary Duff Must Be Hot

Hilary Duff was recently spotted in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada looking pretty hot. Well, at least her hair looks damp. Do you think it’s from sweat or from too much hair product? She must’ve been having a good time over there in Winnipeg because she was also spotted buying junk food too.
