Bryan Adams Banned from Playing Princess Diana Concert
Both Princes William and Harry have reportedly asked Bryan Adams not to perform at the tribute concert for their mother, Princess Diana. They allegedly requested for Adams not to appear because they didn’t want the gossip of Adams’ secret fling to overshadow the event. A source tells British newspaper The People:
“The princes have nothing against Bryan Adams…But they want the concert to be free from any innuendo or tittle-tattle. It was decided that it would be inappropriate for Adams to appear.”
Adams’ spokesperson confirmed that he will not be playing the event. I think it was wise not to include him in the event. It’s interesting though…I never heard of this “secret affair” though.
